Our shipping partner is FedEx. Shipping is free for orders over EUR 150.
The delivery price is 7.99 EUR for Germany, Austria, France and Switzerland, 5.99 EUR for Italy and 7.99 EUR for the rest of Europe.
The estimated delivery time is 4 to 9 business days. You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of the purchase date. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you with this process. Please note that deliveries to PO boxes are not possible under our current shipping policy.
Furthermore, only a single fee is charged for partial deliveries. Orders are processed and shipped during our normal business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Central European Time (CET).
